CONTROLLED AND GUARANTEED DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN (D.O.C.G.)
The term ‘Rive’ indicates the slopes of the steepest hills of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG. The most authentic and unique expressions of Conegliano Valdobbiadene come from these Crus, linked to the specific municipality or hamlet from which they come. In the Rive the yield is 13 t per hectare; the grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and the vintage is shown on the label.
COLOR |
A beautiful hue of pale straw yellow, it presents a soft mousse that gives way to a fine and persistent perlage. |

BOUQUET |
Intense and mineral on the nose, with notes ranging from fresh bread to fruity fragrances, with hints of white peach and golden apple, finishing with floral notes of wisteria and white flowers. |
TASTE |
Tickles the palate with its fine, crisp bubbles. The flavour is fresh and linear, well balanced by its savouriness, making it very drinkable. The after-taste has floral and slightly balsamic notes. |
PAIRINGS |
Excellent as an aperitif, it perfectly accompanies fish appetisers, shellfish and mollusc dishes. Excellent with sushi. Yet it also proves extremely versatile with savoury pies, fresh and creamy cheeses, vegetable risottos and fried dishes. |
