The fragrances are well-structured and mature on the nose. In this complex and expressive wine notes of flowers and hints of minerals are combined with the simple, fresh and fruity fragrances typical for Prosecco. |

Self-confident in the mouth, the combination of foam and lively, but robust texture makes the development of the flavor and the perception of the aromas very pleasing. |

It marries well with vegetarian and slightly spicy dishes, as well as Italian risotto, exalting autumnal and spring flavors. |
